The Dublin Childcare Recruitment Agency was formed in the mid 90’s by Mary Nolan, mother of a grown up family, who is currently the Director, and her husband Gerard, who is Office Manager.

Having felt that the childcare industry during the '80's and 90's in Ireland, and particularly Dublin, lacked certain fundamental standards and some practical safeguards, Mary Nolan decided to apply her skills as both a mother and as a skilled businesswoman to the recruitment aspect of childcare management.

Utilising her Diploma in Business Management & Human Resources, her practical experiences within the world of business and most importantly of all, her inate abilities as a mother, The Dublin Childcare Recruitment Agency has evolved into a successful and secure company dedicated to easing the anxiety and stresses of childcare, at whatever level.

The Agency is fully licensed with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, and is a member of a number of highly distinguished business and childcare associations, such as;
